Holiday Shipping Notes & Timelines

Our team realizes that receiving your holiday gifts on time is highest priority. We've added additional shipping options so you can choose the carrier and timeline that works best for you. As always, all orders over $75 are FREE US Economy Ground via USPS. Our other holiday shipping options (and corresponding shipping timeframes) are below:

US Economy Ground USPS (5-7 business days) - Free on orders $75+

US Standard Ground UPS (3-5 business days) 

Expedited UPS or USPS (2 - day)

Please note that timeframes are estimates given by the carrier. Once the package is out of our possession and received by the Carrier, we have no control over when the package will arrive. 

 

Returns: The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes (customer responsibility for all duties and taxes applies to initial shipment as well as any returns/exchanges).

Important:

• All (ground shipping) orders placed during general business hours Monday-Friday will ship within 1-2 business days (with the exception of pre-orders).
• For two-day shipping, orders must be placed by 12 pm (EST) to ship same day as ordered. If a two-day order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, that order will be shipped on Monday for delivery.
• When placing an order, please double-check your shipping address information. We will not refund Expedited or Ground shipment charges due to incorrect addresses.
• Please be sure to double check your phone number and email address when purchasing so that a member from our customer service team can reach you if we have a question regarding your shipment and to email you tracking.

The following shipping policies apply for www.medellavi.com. All merchandise is packaged and shipped out of our fulfillment center. The risk of loss to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by a common carrier to the address provided.
